These terms govern demonhrs.com and every order you place with Demon Hours, operated by Demon Hours LLC (“Demon Hours”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and accept these terms for you.

You agree to give us accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and to keep it updated. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself.

Your order is an offer to buy. We can accept it, refuse it, or cancel it — even after confirmation — if an item is out of stock, a price or product description was wrong, or an order looks like fraud or resale.

We may limit quantities per customer, per order, or per household. If we cancel, you get a full refund to the original payment method. That is the whole remedy.

Demon Hours sells limited numbered drops — including UPM_002. Limited releases. No restocks. One-per-customer limits may apply and will be enforced.

Bots, scripts, and any automation used to buy from the site are prohibited. Orders placed with them will be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears intended for resale rather than for the person wearing it.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If we misprice something, we can correct it — we will contact you before shipping, or cancel and refund.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your chosen payment method.

All orders ship from the United States on the timelines described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you gave us.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and final-sale rules are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy at demonhrs.com/returns. It is part of these terms.

The Demon Hours name, the emblem, drop artwork — including the UPM_002 designs — photography, copy, and everything else on this site are owned by Demon Hours LLC and protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else — copying, reproducing, or using our marks — needs our written permission first.

• No unlawful or fraudulent use of the site.
• No scraping, data mining, or harvesting the catalog or customer data.
• No interfering with the site, the checkout, or the drops.
• No impersonating anyone or misrepresenting who you are.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits a warranty the law does not let us disclaim.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Demon Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill — arising from the site or your order.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, the minimum legal limit applies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Demon Hours LLC, its owners, and its team from claims, damages, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — that arise out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction — unless the law where you live gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Either party may use small-claims court where a claim qualifies.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The current version always lives here, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. If any provision fails, the rest still stand. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
