Demon Hours is a premium streetwear and training apparel brand. Limited releases. No restocks. Our store lives at demonhrs.com and runs on Shopify.

Only what we need to run the store and the drops.

• Contact and order details — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and what you bought.
• Payment details — processed by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. We never see, store, or touch your full card number.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and Vercel Analytics.
• Marketing preferences — your email or SMS signup and consent status when you join the list.
• Support conversations — what you send us when you email us.

• Fulfil and ship your orders, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Provide customer support.
• Send drop alerts and marketing — only where you have opted in.
• Prevent fraud and keep the store and the drops secure.
• Measure and improve the site through analytics.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Strictly necessary cookies keep your cart and checkout working — those come from Shopify and cannot be switched off without breaking the store.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand site performance and traffic in aggregate. Where the law requires it, non-essential tracking runs only with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the services that run the store:

• Shopify — the platform the store and checkout run on.
• Payment processors — Shopify Payments and Shop Pay.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
• Analytics providers — Vercel Analytics.
• Marketing and advertising platforms — including Meta, for measuring and serving ads. This can count as “sharing” under California law; see Your California Rights.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where the law requires it.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@demonhrs.com. We respond within 30 days, or faster where the law demands it. To stop marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email — it works instantly.

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it.

We do not sell personal information. Sharing data with advertising platforms such as Meta may count as “sharing” under the CPRA — to opt out, email info@demonhrs.com with “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the subject line, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser and we will honor it.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the EU or UK, we process your data on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you (orders), with your consent (marketing), for our legitimate interests (security and analytics), and to meet legal obligations.

Your data is processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from yours. You have the rights listed above, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

This store is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@demonhrs.com and we will delete it.

The store runs on Shopify with TLS encryption, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — but we take it seriously.

We may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The latest version always lives here with a new effective date, and material changes will be flagged on the site or by email where appropriate.
